A blend of Monastrell and Syrah, the Spanish red wine Célebre Roble 2016 from Jumilla is made from vines grown at an altitude of 800 metres above sea levels in limestone soils with low levels of organic matter.
Produced by the Crápula Wines winery, this red wine from Jumilla was vinified in stainless steel tanks and fermented at a temperature of 28ºC. The wine was then aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels.
Prior to its bottling, this Spanish red wine was clarified with egg whites and filtered through gravity.
Célebre Roble is young and energetic, displaying a nice cherry colour with a purple hue at the rim.
This red wine made from Monatrell and Syrah shows delightful aromas of lavender, thyme and rosemary, along with notes of wild berries, flowers and some touches of cinnamon and vanilla.
This red wine by Crápula Wines combines in a most felicitous manner some energetic, slightly impulsive notes of red fruit with a supple, gentle body that glides effortlessly along the palate with the aid of some vibrant, lively tannins and a crisp acidity. The wineends with a fresh, long, spicy note.
