Product Description

Produced by Cérvoles Celler, Cérvoles Colors comes from the northern Catalan region of DO Costers del Segre, in the province of Lleida.

The 2017 new vintage of this Spanish red wine is a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Syrah, all coming from estate vineyards located at an altitude around 700 metres.

Harvested manually and separately vinified, this organic red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Finally, Cérvoles Colors 2018 was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.

This red wine from Costers del Segre is cheerful and savoury.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The red wine Cérvoles Colors has a clean, bright, garnet-coloured robe with a ruby rim.

This lively red wine of Celler Cérvoles smells of red berries and cranberry jam, with notes of liquorice, toast and smoke. There are also some hints of vanilla, rosy pepper, clove and withered flowers. A clean and precise organic wine.

Savoury and easy-to-drink, but not trivial. Colors from Costers del Segre has a nice texture and a medium body, with a refreshing acidity and crisp tannins. Juicy, with remembrances of strawberry yoghurt, pepper, aromatic herbs and liquorice. Fresh, persistent finish.
