All of the wines that form the Chivite Colección 125 series from Bodegas Chivite are rare and exclusive. These are limited-editions wines conceived to express terroir in its purest form
Made from Moscatel de Grano Menudo ("Muscat Blanc à petits grains"), Chivite Colección 125 Vendimia Tardía is a single estate Sweet white wine coming from vines planted in 1969 at "El Candelero", a plot composed of limestone soils and located at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level.
Harvested by hand from October to December, when the grapes had reached the "noble rot" state, this Spanish white wine from the DO Navarra was meticulously vinified. After that, Chivite Vendimia Tardía 2017 was fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for over a period of 5 months.
This exquisite sweet wine from Navarra has a production around 12,000 bottles.
