Product Description

Produced by Castillo Perelada, Cigonyes Blanc is a varietal Spanish white wine made from Macabeo.

This white wine from L'Empordà was made only from the "free-run" juice.

Once the wine must was obtained, Cigonyes Blanc 2021 was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.

This white wine from L'Empordà was not aged in oak to preserve the freshness and quality of the fruit.

The name of the wine, Cigonyes (Storks), alludes to a successful stork repopulation program undertaken some years ago by the Castillo Perelada winery.

Leesy and yummy, and fortunately not very acidic-for me, the problem with many white wines.
