A varietal Syrah, Comalats Gavernera Rosat from Costers del Segre is a Spanish rosé wine produced by Celler Comalats made from vines planted at an altitude of 700 metres, in the town of L'Ametlla de Segarra, and farmed following strict organic and biodynamic procedures.
The grapes were harvested by hand. Once in the cellar, they were first macerated for 6 days, and then they fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. After that, Comalats Gavernera Rosat 2019 was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
