Product Description

A varietal Syrah, Comalats Gavernera Rosat comes from DO Costers del Segre. This young Spanish rosé wine is produced by Celler Comalats.

It is made from vines planted at an altitude of 700 metres, in the town of L'Ametlla de Segarra, and farmed following strict organic and biodynamic procedures.

The grapes were harvested by hand. Once in the cellar, they were first macerated for 6 days, and then they fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. After that, Comalats Gavernera Rosat 2021 was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Pair this organic rosé wine with pasta dishes and oily fish recipes.
