Another astounding value of bodega Mas de Mancuso, Cutio Macabeo comes from DO Cariñena -a region not to be confused with the variety of the same name.
A blend of Macabeo with a lesser percentage of Chardonnay, the grapes are sourced from old vineyards planted at 650 metres of altitude, near the village of Almonacid de la Sierra, Aragón.
Hand-picked and selected, the grapes were first cold-macerated for 12 hours and then this white wine from Aragón was fermented in concrete diposits (90%) and oak vats (10%).
After that, the white wine Cutio Macabeo 2020 was aged for 10 monts in epoxy-lined concrete diposits.
Pair this Crianza white wine with fish recipes, rice and white meat dishes.
