Belonging to the designation VT Bajo Aragón, all of the vineyards of the Venta d’Aubert winery are farmed according to the principles of organic farming. Some years ago, the winery started a a process of soil regeneration using vegetal compost and animal manure, following the guidelines of biodynamic agriculture.
