Cava Conde de Valicourt

Cava Conde de Valicourt

Conde de Valicourt is a small production winery that, since its inception, opted for quality over quantity.

Located in the town of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the capital of the Cava DO not far from Barcelona, the Conde de Valicourt winery was started by Pere Montserrat, who began crafting the Montserrat Hermanos Cava vintage back in 1940. The name of the wine was then changed to Permont´s, which is an abbreviation for Pere Montserrat. Later, the winery bought the right to sell its products under its current name at the French Trademark Registry of Reims. From then on the winery has been commercializing its wines and cavas under the brand name Conde de Valicourt.

In order to maintain their high quality and elegant character, this winery only produces small quantities of artisan wines.

The Brut Nature cavas by the Conde de Valicourt winery are held in high esteem by people with diabetes and by those watching their weight, as these sparkling wines have no sugar added whatsoever.

The cavas by Conde de Valicourt are crafted from traditional grape varieties. The winery´s Grand Reserve Brut Nature, Pas de Sucre, is its flagship wine. This winery also produces El Majestuoso, a Brut Reserve, and Coupage de Alicia, a Grand Reserve Brut Nature. These are unique cavas that are very elegant and perfect to enjoy at any hour of the day. Recently, the winery began the production of a fresh Rosé cava made from Grenache grapes.
