Details
Produced by L'Olivera Cooperativa, the wine Agaliu is an organic Spanish white wine made solely from Macabeo.
The grapes were meticulously harvested and selected. Using only the "free-run" juice, 75% this organic white wine was fermented in 80% American and 20% French oak barrels, 15% new. The remaining 25% of this vegan white wine went through the process in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the white wine Agaliu 2022 from DO Costers del Segre was aged on its lees for 6-8 months with periodic strirrings.
Packaged with a characteristic blue bottle, this white wine from Costers del Segre is produced near the beautiful Vallbona de les Monges monastery, in the very heart of the so-called Cistercian Route in southern Catalonia. An oasis of tranquility that really deserves a visit.
