Product Description
Details

Fresh and yummy, Baigorri Rosado from Bodegas Baigorri is a blend of Tempranillo, mostly Viura and also Grenache, all coming from old vines.

Located in La Rioja Alavesa, the vineyards are farmed following sustainable and environmentally friendly procedures.

First, the grapes were destemmed. Then this Spanish rosé wine traditionally vinified with its lees in stainless steel tanks.

Finally, Baigorri Rosado 2022 was bottled after being clarified and filtered

Pair this Rioja rosé wine with shrimp, tapas and finger food.

Appearance

The rosé wine Baigorri Rosado is deep rosy with some violet tinges.

Nose

Notes of wild berries, candies and some lactic touches. This blend of Viura, Tempranillo and Grenache also suggests remembrances of aromatic herbs, citrus and flowers.

Palate

This blended vegan wine from Bodegas Baigorri is fresh and moreish, with a lively acidity and a medium-long finish reminiscent of raspberries and flowers.

Our personal opinion

An awfully nice value, Baigorri Rosado 2022 will pair excellently with a roast suckling pig.

I used to drank average French rosés until I discover this wine. Half the price, much better quality.
