Red Wine Brunus 2017 Magnum
Availability: In stock
Produced in DO Montsant, the wine Brunus Magnum comes in a 1.5-litre bottle, a size which highlights the qualities of this Spanish red wine.
A blend of two indigenous varieties, Carignan and Grenache, complemented with Syrah, this red wine from Montsant is produced from 25 to 50-year-old grapevines located at an altitude of 700 metres on average.Soils are mainly composed of clay, limestone and sand.
The grapes were harvested by hand and brought in little boxes to the facilities of the Portal del Montsant winery. There they were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for about three weeks, with periodic pump-overs and punch-downs.
After that, the red wine Brunus 2017 Magnum was aged in new and 2nd year French oak barrels for 12 months.
If properly stored, this Crianza red wine wine will improve for some years in the bottle.
