Made from late-harvested, naturally sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes, Don PX 37,5 cl. is a delicious sweet white wine in half-bottle format.
Once the wine must was obtained, this sweet Spanish wine from DO Montilla-Moriles was fortified with wine alcohol until it reached the desired alcoholic degree.
After that, this sweet wine from Montilla-Moriles was aged on its lees for 12 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling time.
Produced by bodega Toro Albalá, Don PX 2019 37,5 cl. is labelled as "young sweet wine" because it was not aged in wood using the traditional soleras and criaderas system.
Pair this young sweet wine with blue cheese and bitter chocolate.
