Details
Produced by La Vinyeta, Heus Negre comes from the northern Catalan region of L'Empordà, not far from the French border.
Basically made from Samsó (aka Carignan) and Grenache coming from over 50-year-old vines, this Spanish red wine is complemented with tiny amounts of Merlot and Syrah. Certified organic, the vineyards are farmed following environmentally conscious procedures.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for almost a month. After that, Heus Negre 2022 was filtered, clarified and stabilized prior to its bottling.
