The Cava from Penedès Jané Ventura Reseva de la Música Brut Nature is produced by Jané Ventura.
It is made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, sourced from organically farmed vineyards.
First, the grapes of this Spanish sparkling wine were fermented for 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine was bottled to complete secondary fermentation.
Finally, Jané Ventura Reseva de la Música Brut Nature 2019 was aged for 30+ months in the bottle.
No shipping liquor or sugar was added to this Cava Reserva Brut Nature from Penedès after the disgorging.
