Coming from Barbastro, Huesca, DO Somontano, Laus Garnacha Tinta Barrica is a varietal Spanish red wine from bodega Bodega Laus.
The Grenache vineyards were hand-harvested in late August.
After completing alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Laus Barrica Garnacha Tinta 2021 was transferred into hybrid oak barrels (made with American oak staves and French oak heads) and aged for 4 months.
Finally, this red wine from Somontano was clarified by gravity before its bottling.
Pair this oak red wine with BBQ'd meat and cold cuts.
