This is the new vintage of the Corpinnat sparkling wine Llopart Leopardi, produced by Cavas Llopart, one of the best producers in Penedès.
This delicate Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of the traditional varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
The grapes are sourced from old estate vineyards located near the town of Subirats, Alt Penedès.
Vinified in a traditional manner, secondary fermentation of the sparkling wine Llopart Leopardi 2017 took place inside the bottle. After that, this organic sparkling wine was aged for 60 months prior to its commercial release.
The vintage label of this Corpinnat sparkling wine, which reproduces a design from the year 1887, provides information about the origins and the long winemaking tradition of the winery, which dates back to the fourteenth century.
This organic and vegan Corpinnat sparkling wine will nicely accompany a full-course dinner.

Me and my pal
From one of the most interesting Cava producers. This I find extremly attractive, with a creamy and caressing palate, and that unique freshness that best Cavas had.
