Produced by Cavas LLopart, Llopart Vitis is a blended Spanish white wine made from vines located in high Penedès.
The wine is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Subirat Parent and Muscat, sourced from certified organic vines planted in the 2000s.
Soils are composed of limestone, sand and decomposed rock. Climate is purely Mediterranean
Harvested by hand and carefully selected, the grapes were cold-macerated before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15ºC.
Finally, Llopart Vitis 2022 was partially aged on lees to gain creaminess and roundness.
This is a fresh, vibrant vegan white wine from Penedès.
