Product Description
Details

Produced by the family winery Celler Crivellé i Valls, Lo Flipat is a young Spanish red wine made basically from Grenache, which here is blended with some Samsó (Cariñena) and Syrah.

The grapes are sourced from young to 90-year-old vineyards situated in Poboleda and La Morera de Montsant, DOQ Priorat.

Hand-harvested and selected on site, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After completing malolactic fermentation, this red wine from Priorat was transferred into oak and chestnut barrels, where it was aged for a brief period of 5 months.

Finally, the red wine Lo Flipat 2021 was bottled and aged for a minimum of 3 months before hitting the market.

Pair with meat recipes, rice, pasta, cold cuts and cheese.

Good value from Priorat
Value
Wine is rounded, inky and mineral, very Priorat and quite good. Packaging and label are the ugliest ever.
