Produced by the Jaumandreu winery, the wine Més Que Paraules comes from DO Catalunya.
A blend of the indigenous Catalan variety Mandó and the cosmopolitan Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties, the grapes were sourced from vines about 30 years old.
Firs they were separately harvested and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Then this Spanish red wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Finally, the wine Més Que Paraules 2021 was aged for a further months in the bottle.
Aerate this red wine from DO Catalunya 20 minutes before drinking.
