Produced from estate-owned Tempranillo vineyards farmed following environmentally friendly techniques, Pago de Ina Vendimia Seleccionada is a rather distinguished Spanish red wine from Ribera del Duero.
The 2012 vintage was considered "Very Good" by the Ribera del Duero regulatory board.
Picked by hand. the grapes were selected on arriving at the cellar, transferred into stainless steel tanks by gravity, and fermented under controlled temperature with mycro oxygenation.
After that, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months.
Finally, Pago de Ina Vendimia Seleccionada 2012 was aged for several years in the cellar before hitting the market.
Characterful and elegant, this reserva red wine from bodega Pago de Ina. will pair excellently with game dishes.
