Details
This is the new vintage of Prados Fusión from DO Campo de Borja, hitherto known as Prados Fusión Garnacha & Syrah.
Produced by the Pagos del Moncayo winery, this Spanish red wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah sourced from old vineyards.
The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, macerated in open vats and food trodden to enhance aromatic and colour extraction. This vegan wine subsequently fermented in the vats.
After completing alcoholic fermentation, the grapes were manually pressed. Then Prados Fusión 2021 went through malolactic fermentation in Flextanks before being bottled.

A wine for any occasion. The wood does not smothers the fruit, and freshness is everywhere.
