Product Description
Details

Produced from over 50-year-old Monastrell vineyards, Pueblo de Lavia is a varietal Spanish red wine coming from DO Bullas, an area located in the southeastern Spanish region of Murcia.

Each plot of vines was separately vinified under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with 10%-20% of the stems using only indigenous yeasts. After fermenting for 10-15 days, this organic red wine of Bodegas Lavia was transferred into 500-litre French oak barrels.

After completing the malo in the barrels, the red wine Pueblo de Lavia 2019 was aged for 9 months before being bottled.

Pair this Crianza red wine with roast recipes and oily fish dishes.
