Details
Produced by Albert Jané, a young, but already prestigious Catalan winemaker, the wine Ritme is the entry-level Spanish red wine of the Acústic Celler.
The 2021 vintage is composed of 45% Carignan (coming from 40-year-old vines,) and 55% Grenache, sourced from old vineyards.
The vineyards are planted on the trademark llicorella (slate) soils in different areas within the DOQ Priorat. After a traditional vinification, this Crianza red wine was aged for 10 months in light toast French oak barrels
Not filtered or clarified before bottling, the wine Ritme 2021 will greatly benefit from some aeration.

Well-balanced acidity, savoury tannins and long finish with some remembrances of Mediterranean garrigue. |
