Produced by Bodegas Murviedro from old Bobal vineyards, Sericis Cepas Viejas Bobal is a varietal Spanish red wine from DO Utiel-Requena.
The grapes were picked by hand, destemmed and gently crushed. Then they were macerated and fermented.
After the completion of alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, Sericis Cepas Viejas Bobal 2019 was transferred into French oak barrels and aged for about 8 months. The wine was filtered and stabilized before bottling.

| Palate | Lively and crisp, this wine of Bodegas Murviedro is very structured, as is usually the case with Bobal wines. Still, this is by no means a fruit bomb. Ripe tannins and a long finish with smokey and earthy remembrances. |
