Cava Duran Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2014
Availability: Out of stock
Produced by Caves Duran, one of Ramon Canals' several wineries, the grapes were separately harvested, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then Duran Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2014 was bottled, after which it completed secondary fermentation and was aged for about 42 months.
15,000 bottles produced.
The Cava Duran Brut Nature Gran Reserva has a bright, straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.
The presence of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir certainly adds a nice complexity to this wine. Citrus, ripe white fruit, and a note of wild berries, combined with aromas of dry fruit, remembrances of butter and pastry, and some toasted tips.
Elegant and creamy, with a smooth texture and a remarkable freshness. Some toasted and lactic nuances, combined with notes of white fruit, flowers, almonds, and aromatic herbs. This Gran Reserva from Ramon Canals is dry and elegant, and has a long finish with some berryish and herbal remembrances.
|Our personal opinion||
