Product Description

Produced in the DO Ribera del Duero, Ébano 6 is a Spanish red wine produced by the Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas winery.

The wine is solely made from Tinta del País (Tempranillo) grapes, coming from over 20 year-old vines located at an altitude above 800 metres.

Soils are composed of clay and sand. Climate is Continental.

Selected and destemmed, the Tinta del País grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days.

After the completion of malolactic fermentation, Ébano 6 2018 was aged in new French oak barrels for 4 months.

Finally, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged for 2 months in the cellar prior to its release.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The red wine Ébano 6 has an intense cherry colour with a purple rim.

This Tinta del País (aka Tempranillo) smells of strawberries and plums, nuanced by subtle mineral notions, distant wooden remembrances and aromas of underbush.

Meaty and velvety, Ébano from Ribera del Duero shows prominent notes of fruit, a touch of spices and remembrances of undergrowth. This wine by Ébano Bodegas y Viñedos is very fresh, with crunchy tannins and a well-balanced acidity. Long, silky finish.
