Details
Produced by the Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas winery, Ébano 6 is made solely from Tinta del País (Tempranillo).
The grapes were sorted from 42 hectares of vines, 25 years old on average, located at an altitude above 800 metres, between the villages of Quintana del Pidio and Gumiel de Mercado, in the heart of DO Ribera del Duero. Soils are composed of clay and sand. Climate is Continental.
Selected and destemmed, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days.
After completing malolactic fermentation, Ébano 6 2021 was aged in new French oak barrels for 6 months.
Finally, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged for 2 months in the cellar.
