Red Wine El Rincón 2015
Availability: Out of stock
A key figure in Spain's modern wine history, the producer of El Rincón was, among other things. a pioneer in the introduction of international grapes in Central Spain.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were destemmed, gently macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature of 22ºC. After that, El Rincón 2015 was aged for 10 months in new and demi-new French oak barrels.
The wine was not filtered or clarified before its bottling, so it may present some sediment.
The wine El Rincón has a nice cherry colour with a garnet rim.
Complex and original, this blend of Syrah and Garnacha Tintorera is fruit-driven, with some nuances of flowers, deep mineral undertones, remembrances of underbush and dim spicy touches. This Crianza red wine also has a mineral background.
Bold and rich, this wine of the Marqués de Griñón winery has a distinctive character and an intriguing complexity. Crisp acidity, great freshness and silky texture. Black fruit, aromatic herbs, some earthy and mineral notions and floral overtones. This red wine from Madrid has a long, deep finish.
