This is the new vintage of the wine Emilio Moro, a classic from Ribera del Duero.
A varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), this Spanish red wine is sourced from vines 15 to 25 years old planted in three types of soils.
Meticulously harvested and selected on site and in the cellar, the grapes were macerated with the skins for 15 days. Then the wine Emilio Moro 2021 was fermented in stainless steel tanks, after which it was transferred into French and American oak barrels and aged for 12 months.
Aerate this red wine from Ribera del Duero 30 minutes before drinking.
This varietal Crianza red wine from the Emilio Moro winery nicely embodies the traditional style of the region.
