This is the new vintage of Enate Tapas, the entry-level wine of the Enate winery. An uncomplicated, drinkable red made from a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes of this Spanish red wine from the Somontano region were vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Destemmed and gently crushed, they were cold-soaked and subsequently fermented.
