Product Description

Crafted by the Viñedos Singulares winery, Entrelobos was produced in Ribera del Duero from small plots of Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) grapevines located near the town of La Horra.

The grapes were harvested by hand, and after being destemmed they were cold macerated and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.

After that, half of this red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged in French oak barrels, 25% was aged in 5,000 liter oak vats, and 25% was aged in stainless steel tanks.

After a period of 9 months, the ageing process was finished and Entrelobos 2017 was bottled.

Drink through 2024.

Additional Information

The red wine Entrelobos has a bright, dark cherry red coloured body with purplish edges.

Nice, clean aromatic expression of a Tinta Fina from Ribera del Duero. Good balance between juicy forest fruits and some seductive and creamy toasted aromas, combined with earthy touches over a delicate mineral background.

Expressive and intense, this red wine from Ribera del Duero has some ripe and polished tannins, coupled by a well-balanced acidity that makes this a very fresh wine. There is a pleasant, medium finish with some remembrances of toast and underbrush.

Our personal opinion

As unpretentious as all of the wines poduced by Viñedos Singulares - and equally delicious - Entrelobos 2017 pairs nicely with tapas and appetizers

This wine has the flavours of a good Ribera, but without the density sometimes associated with other wines. Great pick!

An afforable and interesting Ribera del Duero is not an easy thing to find. This wine matches both conditions.
