Details

Produced by Bodegas Tridente, a brand of bodega Juan GilEntresuelos is made solely from Tempranillo grapes.

This varietal Spanish red wine is sourced from differently aged vineyards, some of which are up to 100 years old. The vines are spread over 30 plots with sandy soils in the northern Spanish province of Zamora.

The grapes were harvested by hand and meticulously vinified in stainless steel tanks.

After that, Entresuelos 2020 from Castilla y León was transferred into French oak barrels and aged for a period of 9 months.

Pair this red wine from Castilla y León with cold meats and hearty rice recipes.

I'm a big fan of Juan Gil's wines. The consistently deliver a remarkable quality at a very affordable price. This Tempranillo is the perfect example. Perfectly balanced, with intense flavours and a long finish.
