Produced by the Ritme Celler winery, the Priorat branch of Acústic Celler, the wine Etern is made from a blend of 75% Carignan and 25% Grenache sourced from 70 to 95-year-old certified organic vineyards.
The oenologist Albert Jané crafted this Spanish red wine from vines which, in most cases, yield less than 1 kg of grapes per plant.
After a meticulous selection process, this terroir-orientated Priorat red wine was traditionally vinified and subsequently aged for 12 months in new, light-toast French oak barrels from Allier.
Bottled in April 2022, the red wine Etern 2020 was subsequently aged for 12 months minimum before being released onto the market.
Decant this Crianza red wine a minimum of 2 hours before drinking.

When listing the top Priorats, this wine should not be left out of consideration. A purebred.
