Details
The white wine Fillaboa is solely produced from Albariño, Spain's most important white variety.
The grapes are sorted from 70 hectares of estate-owned vineyards planted with 15 to 30-year-old vines all along the banks of the Miño river. Composed mostly of sand, soils are covered with abundant pebble stones.
Produced in DO Rías Baixas, this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for over a period of 20 days and then aged on its lees for 6 months.
Finally, Fillaboa 2020 was filtered and cold-stabilized before its bottling.
This is a refreshingly unoaked, yet substantial white wine from Rías Baixas.
