Produced by the Castell del Remei winery, Gotim Blanc is a blended Spanish white wine from DO Costers del Segre.
The wine is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo grapes coming from estate-owned vineyards.
Separately harvested, the grapes were vinified in a traditional manner. First, the wine must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After that, Gotim Blanc 2021 was bottled and aged for some weeks before its commercial release.
