An excellent, gently sweet sparkling wine produced by Cavas Gramona, Gramona Gran Cuvee de Postres is a blend of the traditional Penedès varieties Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo, coming from organically farmed vineyards.
Traditionally vinified, after the completion of alcoholic fermentation this Spanish sparkling wine was added liqueur d'expédition and 50 grams of sugar per litre. The result is a yummy, balanced and aromatic Corpinnat sparkling wine.
Finally, the Corpinnat sparkling wine Gramona Gran Cuvee de Postres was aged for a minimum of 30 months before the disgorgement.
This is both a nice sparkling dessert wine and great after-dinner drink.
The sparkling wine Gramona Gran Cuvee de Postres is bright yellow with some golden tinges.
Luscious and seductive, this blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada conveys aromas of quince, dried apricots and pastry, with a sherry-ish remembrance, and notes of flowers and dry fruit. This sweet Corpinnat sparkling wine is quite complex.
Yummy, gently sweet and impeccably crafted, this sparkling wine of Cavas Gramona has a lively acidity and a very long, smooth finish.
