Details
The white wine Gramona Mas Escorpí is a single vineyard varietal Chardonnay.
Located in the freshest area of Penedès, the Demeter-certified vineyards are organically and biodynamically farmed.
Produced by the Gramona winery, after a very gentle pressing the free-run juice was slowly fermented for no less than 43 days on its lees at a controlled temperature. Gramona Mas Escorpí 2021 was not aged in oak to preserve the varietal character.
The young Spanish white wine belongs to the Gramona "Infanterrible" collection.
