The exquisite Grappa Nardini Riserva is a premium Grappa Invecchiata (aged Grappa) made from grapes coming from the Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto regions in northern Italy.
It is produced by Distilleria Bortolo Nardini, the oldest distillery in Italy, founded in 1779 in Bassano del Grappa, province of Vicenza, in the Veneto region.
The grape pomaces were macerated in an airless environment and with no added yeasts to ensure maximum quality. This Grappa Reserva was traditionally distilled in a vacuum-sealed steam with double rectification.
After that, Grappa Nardini Reserva was aged for 3 years minimum in Slavonian oak barrels.
Complex and nuanced, this Grappa Reserva is delicately spicy and smokey, with aromas of tobacco and vanilla and a velvety palate.
Drink as digestif, or pair with chocolate.
