Produced by the Máximo Abete winery, Guerinda La Cruzica Sin Sulfitos is a varietal Tempranillo, no-added sulphites Spanish red wine.
It is produced from two plots of organically farmed vines, La Cruzica and Peralope, located in the area of Baja Montaña, within the DO Navarra.
Harvested by hand, hte grapes were first macerated in stainless steel tanks and then they fermented spontaneously. After that, this natural wine was transferred into French oak barrels. There, Guerinda La Cruzica Sin Sulfitos 2019 was aged for 4 months.
As pure as it gets, this Tempranillo from Navarra is a terroir-oriented wine.
Since it opens tight, we suggest that you aerate this no-added sulphites wine some minutes before drinking it.
