Details
A varietal Grenache wine from DO Navarra, the wine Guerinda Parcelas de Garnacha Txibolos Quintana Bilarraga is produced by Bodega Máximo Abete from vineyards situated near the village of San Martín de Unx.
More specifically, this Spanish red wine is sourced from three young parcels with distinctive characteristics farmed following environmentally sustainable techniques.
Handpicked during the first week of October, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperature. This Crianza red wine subsequently completed malolactic fermentation in 400-litre French oak barrels.
After that, the red wine Guerinda Parcelas de Garnacha Txibolos Quintana Bilarraga 2021 was aged in the barrels for 12 months.
Once the process was completed, this red wine from Navarra was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
