Sorted from organically farmed vineyards, the grapes were picked by hand, gently pressed, drawn-off and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled. Then Guspira Brut Nature 2017 completed secondary fermentation, after which it was aged for a minimum of 24 months.
No shipping liquor was added to this organic Brut Nature Cava after the disgorgement.
Only 2,500 bottles produced.
Clean and bright, the Cava Guspira Brut Nature is straw yellow with golden tinges.
This blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada suggests aromas of ripe peaches, with some leesy notes, and remembrances of pastry, citrus and aromatic herbs.
Fresh, gently creamy and smooth-bodied, this cava of Mas Sersal has small bubbles and a crisp acidity. Long finish with an aftertaste of citrus, herbs and dry fruit.
