Details
Made from Monastrell (aka Mourvèdre) vineyards located in DO Jumilla, the red wine Honoro Vera Organic is produced by the Juan Gil winery.
The winery possesses 120 hectares of vines grown in sandy, stony and limestone soils with extremely low levels of organic matter at an altitude over 700 metres above sea level. Despite its proximity to the Mediterranean sea, climate is Continental, with very little rainfall.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks, where this young Spanish red wine fermented for 15 days at a temperature of 25ºC.
After that, the red wine Honoro Vega Organic 2022 was kept refrigerated until bottling.
This is a vibrant, unoaked organic and vegan red wine that can be enjoyed at any time.
