Red Wine Isabel Negra 2016

The grapes were harvested by hand and meticulously selected. Then they were cold-macerated and underwent both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Isabel Negra 2016 wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Then it was blended and aged for some more time in the bottle before hitting the market.
Aerate this Crianza red wine some time before drinking.
The red wine Isabel Negra is cherry-coloured, with a reddish rim.
This blend of Sumoll, Grenache and Carignan has a precise, polished nose. Juicy aromas of strawberries, mulberries and raspberries, with notes red peppercorn, flowers, spices and aromatic herbs.
Lively and lifted, this wine of Raventós i Blanc is crisp and very fresh. Excellent balance between fruit and oak, all the way to a long finish with some remembrances of flowers, herbs and sour cherries.
