Whisky Jack Daniel's Master Distiller Series
Availability: Out of stock
The Jack Daniel´s Master Distiller Series pays homage to the seven Master Distillers which have been responsible for crafting the world-famous Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey during the firm's 160 years of history.
The first bottling of the 7-bottle collection, this American whiskey is a tribute to the original Jack Daniel, who worked as Master Distiller from 1866 to 1911. He is buried in the Lynchburg City Cemetery.
Interestingly, this whiskey from Tennessee was charcoal mellowed through 3 meters of maple charcoal, a processs which lasted 10 days. After that, this whiskey was aged in charred barrels built in the distillery's own cooperage.
Amber-coloured, Jack Daniel´s Master Distiller N. 1 carries some spicy and honey aromas, with remembrances of candied pears and smoke. The palate is round, smooth and rich, with lively spicy and oaky notes and suggestions of liquorice, chocolate and candied sugar. This whiskey from Tennessee has a very long and smooth finish.
This is a very versatile whiskey. Drink neat or on the rocks.
