Finally, Jané Ventura Reseva de la Música Brut Nature 2017 was aged for 30 months in the bottle.
No shipping liquor or sugar was added to this Brut Nature from Penedès after the disgorging.
The Cava Jané Ventura Reseva de la Música Brut Nature has a bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.
Notes of toasted dry fruit, ripe white fruit, creamy notes of pastry and some subtle floral touches. On the background, this blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada suggests some notions of citrus and Mediterranean herbs.
This Cava from Jané Ventura has a lively acidity and great freshness. White fruit, some remembrances of dry fruit and pastry, and a dash of aromatic herbs. Fine bubbles and long, clean finish.
