Details
Based in Penedès, the Jané Ventura winery has been producing Mediterranean wines for more than a century.
True to that spirit, Jané Ventura Vinyes Blanques is made from a blend of five native varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Malvasía de Sitges and White Grenache.
Harvested by hand at their optimal ripening point, the grapes were first cold macerated subsequently and drawn off, after which they were fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Before its release, Jané Ventura Vinyes Blanques 2019 - formerly known as Jané Ventura Blanc Selecció - was aged for 4 months on its lees.
Pair with shrimp and light dishes.

I pair this with creamy cheese, and also with fish and shrimp. Quite good.
