Belonging to the DO Binissalem-Mallorca, this interesting Spanish red wine is made from certified organic vineyards.
The grapes were harvested by hand and separately vinified. First, they were gently crushed and macerated with their skins to extract colour and aromas.
Then they were fermented, after which Jaume de Puntiró Carmesí 2017 was aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.

The wine Jaume de Puntiró Carmesí has a very bright, medium ruby-coloured robe with a purplish rim.
This organic red wine from Binissalem-Mallorca is intense and deeply Mediterranean. Ripe black fruit, blue flowers, remembrances of dry earth and some nuances of sweet spices.
Smooth and elegant, with a lively acidity and some mild tannins. This wine from the Jaume de Puntiró winery displays a rich combination of blackberries, vanilla, violets, redcurrants and aromatic herbs. Long finish.
