Product Description

The wine Jaume de Puntiró Carmesí is made principally from the indigenous grapes Manto Negro and Callet, complemented with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Belonging to the DO Binissalem-Mallorca, this interesting Spanish red wine from the Jaume de Puntiró winery is made from certified organic vineyards.

The grapes were harvested by hand and separately vinified. First, they were gently crushed and macerated with their skins to extract colour and aromas.

Then they were fermented, after which Jaume de Puntiró Carmesí 2018 was aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Aerate this red wine from Mallorca 30 minutes before drinking.

Majorca red
I was curious about the grapes from Majorca. The wine really delivers and I think it will get better in the next years. Will buy it again.
