Made from over 30-year-old Godello vineyards, Joaquín Rebolledo Godello is a varietal Spanish white wine produced in DO Valdeorras, Galicia.
Produced by Bodegas Joaquín Rebolledo, the vines are planted on steep slopes with slate soils.
Harvest of Joaquín Rebolledo Godello 2023 was carried out by hand. After that, the grapes were destemmed and cold macerated at 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
In order to preserve its varietal character, this white wine from Valdeorras was not aged in oak after the completion of alcoholic fermentation.
